Calls at all times. My number is on the do-no-call list. Never leaves a message.

This number called my cell phone, and then they immediately called my work phone.  It is "Car.com."  We had filled out a loan application on a SPECIFIC vehicle from a SPECIFIC dealer using Lending Tree (via Autotrader website).  Lending Tree, instead, passed our information along to a bunch of third party financing companies (Thanks, Lending Tree!  My credit has been run 14 times in the past 4 days from these third party financing companies!).

Car.com was making a follow-up call.  When I told them that I had been looking at a particular vehicle from a particular dealership - not just a car loan in general, he apologized and said he'd remove my information from their system.

I've had the same problem, and these inquiries do not look good on my credit report.  Any idea on how to get rid of them, or is this a problem I'll have to live with?  How long did it take for these third party financing companies to quit  running your credit?

Same problem here. Not sure lending tree is worth the time. I just tried to get a loan for a specific car. Now these idiots are calling me
