THEY CALL SAYING THEY'RE A COLLECTION AGENCY AND IF YOU LISTEN TO THE MESSAGE YOUR ACCEPTING  THAT YOUR THAT PERSON. WELL I DON'T FEEL THIS IS LEGAL OR MORALLY CORRECT. I WILL BE PUT THEM ON THE BLOCK CALL LIST. THEY MUST BE SCHOLARS FROM IDOT SCHOOL TO THINK I'd NOT KNOW WHO AND WHY THEY WERE CALLING BUT I DON'T OWE NOTHING TO NOONE.

We received a call from this company as well.  They were requesting payment for a bill that was over 10 years old and for a bill that we never had to start with.  We have not ever received a bill for this amount requested.  Also this has never shown up on our credit report so how could they even have a paper trail for reporting?  I agree with all of the previous comments, pay this company no mind!  They are just looking for a quick buck sounds like to me from people that do not know any better!

yeah they call me too... sometimes they leave a message other times they don't. they call my cell and my husband's cell... i have told my husband do not talk to them. they call different hours of the day. the first few hundred times they called-it was a live person leaving the message then she got rude and nasty on the voice mail, then someone else started calling and getting the auto dial. what do we need to do to shut these people down...

This agency keeps calling my number daily. When I answer the phone there is silence or they hang up. How do I report them, or stop them from calling. Is there a way to report them?

Received a call from the following number and caller. They left an automated message and directed us to push numbers according to the directions. The name was Laura James with Asset Acceptance. I received an earlier mail correspondance referencing an old cell phone account from the said firm. I contacted the cell phone provider and they stated the account was satisfied.
