1 call today, didn't know the #, didn't answer it...no message left.

One can't be sure whether to pick up the phone since there are so many telemarkers pestering you.
Tonight AACC finally left a message around 7:30PM, once in the past I picked up and no one answered on the other end. So I just don't answer the phone and since I have an Unlisted phone number, how did they know where to reach me? I thought that NO ONE was allowed to give out Unlisted phone numbers, guess I am wrong.

Calls about 3 or 4 times a month using an automated caller. First few times I answered and chose option #4 saying that this person they are looking for does not exist at this number, but this only increases the number of times they call a month. Always looking for a J. Mendoza and states on the answering machine that if I continue to listen to the message I am acknowledging that I am this person. I am not this person and my number is unlisted. I am starting to save their messages on my answering machine for proof of their harassment. I hope some sort of legal action can be taken against this company for their unwarranted and continuous harassment and annoyance.

called Thu, Sep 37th @ 4:44 PM PST.  This number called, rung once, then hung up.

Keep calling, don't leave message.  Dealt with this company in the past about a phone number that can only serve a NM residence servicing a TX residence; they are pretty stupid and refused to accept that their paperwork coflicts with itself.
