SCAM Believe that this is a 3rd party collection agency? People that default on cash advance or title loans. This company may buy the defaulted loan and then harass you, your friends, and family to pay it.
Demand written proof of the loan with a signature on it. Do not Pay. Ask them to mail the documents to your current address. These people called my cell phone and my parent home phone looking for my roommate. Saying she had a law suit pending against her. They were very very vague and would not give names. Do not give them any additional information.
