I want to know who called me at 240-920-0682?

Survey study, wanting to get my views on the subject of the environment.

I have received 2 phone calls - very late in evening (9:20pm) both nights from this phone number.  The first time I answered and admonished the caller about calling our home at such an hour - my husband goes to bed at 8:00 because of his work schedule.  I told her never to call our home again - that ordinarily we don't answer phone calls from unknown - aka - nuisance callers.  The caller ID showed strange sequence:  7777158:8568724.  I am going to look into how to take legal action because these 'private', 'annonymous', 'unknown' callers - and now the scrambled digits showing up on caller i.d. is out of control - we are getting an average of 6 calls a day!

Environmental survey.  I asked why my yearly salary was important to an "environmental" study and refused to answer.  Apparently, it was critical.  She ended the survey.
