Got a voicemail from woman with heavy, possibly Indian, accent claiming to be from "IRS investigation department" - and saying there was a warrant out for me!  First off, the IRS sends letters to make demands so there's a paper trail, not making threatening phone calls – that's a Collection Agency trick.

Number blocked, and incident reported to FTC.
