this person calling from this number, saying they are going to take me to court if i dont pay them, try calling this number and find out who this is anyway i called this number back and the number is no longer in use dont know who this is.

Got a call from this woman saying there is a civil complaint (UFT3139) against a certain person who does not exist in my household. Says she needs a reply within 24 hours or else... hmmmmmmm

Got a call from a man for a person who does not exist in our house citing a court case #CMS5532. Saying we need to call back and appear in a case. It sounded suspicious so we have not called back.

We received a call from a man saying he was an investigator and that we were being summonsed due to an unpaid credit card by the name of Directech.  We don't have anything financed under that name.  The scary part is that they knew my husbands name and our address.  They said if we didn't respond to the summons there would a bench warrant out for my husband!  HELLO! A bench warrant for an unpaid credit card!  Get real!  DO NOT TALK TO THESE PEOPLE!!!

I have received 2 phone calls in the last month from this number saying I am being sued, but the man on the line would not give me details. He just gave me a case number and a phone number to call, and of course said it was urgent. He was extremely rude and he gave the name Jack Polanski as "my" investigator. This is totally a scam and I refuse to be harassed, if you receive a call from this number don't call back.
