Multiple phone calls

Got three calls from this number today.  Caller ID says Rockville Md.  They Left  a message 2nd time saying to call back the IRS at this number.  The IRS does not call u unless they have already sent u correspondence in the mail.  This number is a scam.  Do not answer.

Got a call from this number, I didn't answer, they left no message. Then 5 minutes later got a call from 518-888-3395, caller ID of Albany NY (another bogus #) and they didn't leave a message either. They seem to be connected/related.
