The number belongs to a collection agency that works with CHASE.

this is definitely a collection agency who represents Chase. they are making calls when asked not to, so they are breaking the law according to the Federal Trade Act. I consulted with an attorney who advised recording the call as well as keeping my phone logs to help in legal recourse against them.
they are nasty nasty people. I have been out of work since Jan of 09. They know this and yet they continue to harass me.

Idiot calls makes weird noiseys for two mins then they act like they know u...reminds me of something a. Stalker would do...they are not normal.!!!!

The Trouble is that if you have a common name you will receive dozens of calls from these leeches!  we sent all of our call center jobs to India so now the only thing left are these bloodsuckers who work for these rat trap entities.  can we give these people real jobs?

These jokers call my husbands cell at least 15 times a day, all hours of the day.  Funny thing is they have my cell number but they refuse to call it.  I have yet to receive a single letter from them saying who they are and who they represent.  Until such time that I receive this letter they are harassing my family.  My husband tried to answer on the 15th time (seeing as they woke him up he wanted to give them a piece of his mind) but of course there was no one there, it was an automated service.  If these people would just mail me a letter so I can dispute it that would be great but they don't so we won't answer.. We have now blocked the number so hopefully they'll go back into the hole that they came from!
