Same here. They called at 6:34 PST on Sunday. No message. I returned a rental car to Alamo on Friday. I understand that Enterprise owns Alamo.

I got a call, no message left, from the same Maryland number -- and just returned a car to Alamo in Connecticut on Sunday.

i was just at Enterprise in Alaska, renting a car.. and got this call too... but they told me National and Ent are related somehow, and that if I ever needed to return a car from one state to another, they only charge a $100 fee for that... which is AWESOME, seeing as its usually double your rental to return in in a different location than you rented it... just thot someone out there might want to know this info.

Actually, National never owned Alamo. At one point, they were sibling companies, belonging to Vanguard Car Rental.
In 2007, Enterprise purchased Vanguard, putting Enterprise as owner of National and Alamo.
