After several hangup calls from this number, each after I visited various Arlington County building-related offices early this month, I got a voicemail concerning whether I wanted to sell a particular property. I left a message asked for his full name and who he was working for. We spoke and the guy lied about owning the property next door personally. Turns out my elderly neighbor sold to a LLC with a different property name for about 2/3 of the assessed value a couple of months ago, then entered an assisted living facility. The guy's supposed name turns out associated with a foreclosure in Mt. Rainier with fraud allegations swirling around in 2011. After I said no, the contractors next door expanded that house, dumped fencing into my yard and destroyed some of my tomato cages as well as left that property's electrical box dangling in my yard. Of course they didn't bother to shovel the sidewalk last week. So beware.
