Same thing I called said I was reporting them and the number they hung up.  guess I don't have to worry about magistrate now.

Called left a message using a famous actors name. Same man answered when I called back and used 3 different names for himself. Knew a lot of information about myself. Called the police about it and they told me the IRS will never call you. This IS A SCAM. I did get a strange call from the NRA after that. Do not know if the two were connected or not though.
