received this call several times. no response when I call back

Just got a call from this number - even though I am on a No Call List.  They said they were calling about Suntrust Bank & a visit I made last week.  When I asked where they were located they said Oregon.  However, this number is from Frederick Maryland.  They also said they were sub contractors for Maritz Corporation.   This is a bogus call.  I checked with Maritz they have no contract for Suntrust Bank.

Got a call yesterday, same thing as above, no one was there on the other side of the call and they/he/she /whoever/whatever hung up.

Call from this number (May 2014) and others similar is to find out if you pick up or answer the telephone, no one will respond to your greeting.  If you say "hello" and say it repeatedly, they will relay back to their client that paid for this service and inform them the homeowner or someone will answer the phone.  All for telemarketing sales, mortgage rate reduction sales, etc.
