I received a call too saying the same thing. They said that I had won $9000.

I just received the same call...I thank it's some kind of scam

I got the same call. They said all I needed was a regrestration card to prove my identity & I could get the money.

I just got the same call. The young lady with an obviously Indian accent said that she was calling from the Federal Government and that I was one of 1700 people chosen randomly to receive $9000 because I had no past due taxes and a clean criminal record. She verified my name, number and zip code and then told me that the mony could be sent directly to my bank account or redeemed at a Wal Mart or CVS. All I need to do is call back 240-516-6202 and provide a code she gave me. I have not called the number. I am not sure what the scam is but it is obviously a scam. How do they rip me off?  Inquiring minds want to know.
