He sent me a text wanting to buy something I had on Kijiji or Craigslist as well.  told me he has no access to his bank account online and is working out of the country.  he told me to open an account with Paypal and he will send the money that way and have a courier pick up the item from me.

same as everyone else - he wanted to buy something from me on Kijiji and same stupid story.  Stupid thing is, why would he want to by something for $100 more than the asking price?? Retard...
