My credit card company froze my card.
Called to find out why. It was because an unauthorized charge
was attempted in Nebraska.
Charge was attempted by a company called "Trip Rent"
at this number.

Charges by travel directories are authorized when there's an automatic renewal service. This must have been stated in the terms of use agreement at the website.
People, do check terms of use agreements before signing up with any website, this will save you nerves and time.
