I keep receiving calls from this number saying it's the IRS and they are filing suit against me. I know it's a scam but I called back anyway. No one ever answers or says anything, all you hear is jazz music!

I received a call from them today as well. I knew it was a scam but called back anyway. I heard the jazz music and then someone answered. After I played along a bit I finally told her i knew it was a scam and she she should be ashamed of herself. I heard her type something then she hung up on me. She probably flagged my number. How pathetic!

I keep receiving a call from this number 240-437-4144 stating they are calling from the IRS. How do I stop them from calling

Since you know it is NOT the real IRS, block the number or do not pick up the phine. The caller is in Pakistan or India.

Received a call. I called back as as soon as I asked for his name and RS employee ID he hung up. They called back an hour later. didn't answer it.
