Just got this same call claiming the the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me. The IRS does not contact people in this way, so it's clearly a scam.

I've received several calls from this number stating that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. Sick people trying to scare and take advantage of people!

Got same call today stating IRS is filing lawsuit against you and to call them back so they can get you PII data.

Man's voice stating IRS is filing a lawsuit against you and instructed to call their number 240-436-2753. Sure wish there was a law agency to report these so they will stop but warning others at least helps when SCAM artists try to use scare and threat tactics to be crooks!
