Who has this number?

I received a call from this phone number (240) 396-4163, immediately after I ignored a phone call from (408) 618-5114.  The first one that called, from area code 408 is listed on this website as being from someone selling home security or something that sounded like a scam.  I will follow up with reporting this second phone number as well from 240 as they are probably linked coming one after the other.

Please quit bothering people while they are trying to work!!!  I don't appreciate the hangup calls!
