I have been getting these calls a lot too lately. No answer when I say hello and no message left. they have gotten me before ( fraternal order of police ) and they did call from a 240 number ( sneaky because it wasn't a 1-800 number so I thought it was a personal call.) I just want to know why they don't say anything when I answer the phone?

This number calls my house EVERY day.  No message, no one there.  I am on every possible do not call list and am about ready to just have my phone disconnected.  They call early, late, on weekends - whatever.  Anyone know who this is????
