I asked for who caller worked for. She responded, "nobody in particular" and hung up before I could ask her more specifically. I called back and she refused to give me the company name because I would not tell her my name then she hung up on me. I called again and got her voicemail with the option to call a different number/person. When I called him, he gave me the company initials after I asked for it. I asked him what SCO stands for and he told me. When I asked how I could file a complaint about an employee, he transferred me to a "supervisor", but I was disconnected. I called back a fourth time and finally got the voicemail of a supervisor. I left a message but do not expect to hear back.

it is a collection agency, that number is a collectors number names lisa smith, she is very rude. i belive the name of the agency is fair collections and outsource.
