Keep receiving calls from 1-240-374-5427. He won't tell me his busniness only a name "Mike Thomas". He keeps grilling me for info about someone, I tell him he has the wrong number, he then starts demanding. How do you report creeps like this?

I bought a cellphone for my mom and this number keeps calling, obviously someone had the same cellphone number before my mom. When we tell them that person no longer has this number and to please not call, they get threatening. Our cellphone company told me we can not really do anything about it. What a shame...

Keep getting calls from a Mike Thomas asking for someone that is not at my number. How can this guy be reported if no one can do anything?

I missed two calls and no message was left. I called back and got an individual named Mike Thomas, a collector. I told him he has the wrong number, but the first name of the person he's after just happens to match my first name. (Different surname, though) He told me he would remove my number, but two days later I missed two more calls from him in the morning. Can't anything be done?
