A woman said I should have my attoryney contact her. I think this is a scam.

Diana Preston called wanting a reference for my ex-sister-in-law
Diana didn't say what specific information she wanted, or where she was calling from.  She did confirm she does not work for a credit card company.

This is a collection agency, that I have payments set up with. After making a 200 dollar payment and setting up a reoccurring payment of 100 dollars, they called after the first reoccurring payment trying to say the person who took the payment did not have the right to do that and that I needed to set up another payment plan for way more. I tried to explain to them this is all I have and only make 700 to 900 a month and they just kept on and were rude and would interrupt me. I told them that there are so many who pay nothing and that I just went through a divorce and this is all I can do and isn't paying something better than paying nothing. They still kept on and told me to think about it and call back. Even if you setup a plan they will still call you and demand more. This company has not respect for anyone, not even for the ones trying to get themselves back on track.
