Received several calls with no message left

They called and a woman with a Filipino accent in a very noisy call center asking for someone who is not me. These people call me all the time with the same 240 area code with the same 374 prefix and they just change the last   4 numbers.
They are obviously spoofing their number and they never state their business name. So to me that means they are scammers and dishonest.
