I actually spoke to the person, but she didn't tell me where she called from... sounds like a collection agency to me....

That is so not true. They can only re-start the clock if you make a payment.

All of a sudden keep getting calls once in awhile from this number always a Asian person that calls and says make sure your alone.
The IRS just posted a warning to people to be aware of a phone scam that includes them saying you owe money to pay by credit card or load a debit card.
