Answered the call only to hear the typical pause of a telemarketer. I said "hello" again, and a woman's voice said "hello this is nicole---" and the call ended mid-sentence. Another one added to the block list!

Answered and the typical pause and automated message about solar panel program! This is people abuse and I guess the national do not call Law is so flawed that doesn't apply to them!
