Cynthia from Criswell Performance Automotive left a message informing me that I had an appointment that needed to be rescheduled.
1. She left a message calling me by wrong first name
2. She referenced the wrong model of car that I drive
Basically my info was taken from a database of new car buyers (usually sold to extended warranty providers) where they try to hook you into a warranty sale.
