Received a phone call from this number. No message left.

This number called supposedly from Washington dc saying the government had selected me and had won $7,000

I got the same call

I received the same call twice, they didn't leave a message, and there was a busy signal when I tried to call back almost immediately after I just hung up with them. She said her name was Katlyn but sounded like it was originally something I would have a hard time spelling. There was a lot of noise in the back ground and asked personal information you think a federal grant would know...but nothing too personal. They gave me 3 more numbers. She told me to call this number 240-580-9819, and this number was for accounting: 2403453721. Very suspicious. Its it really the Federal grant?
