A recording telling that it was my last attempt from IRS about my tax "issue". I called the number this "agent" gave me an ID number of IRM93726. I asked what IRM stood for and he replied Internal Revenue Member. The "agent" had a heavy foreign accent, which I then challenged. We got into a shouting match after I told him that I was adding the call to the fraud line. He then proceeded to use profanity and hung up.
