left message on my home phone - foreign accent - saying they are calling from US credit bureau about some legal document

Very strange, foreign voice, not good English, claiming to be calling from the Financial Crime Investigative Unit about a pay day loan  (which I do have, but which is being paid as agreed upon).  Wanted to have me make payment right now.  I hung up on the caller twice.

this guy is david cooper leave a voicemail calling from the financial crime investigative unit about a loan.. make me scared that he knows my full name.. i found out thru website that its a scam.. im trying  to call his number and its not working anymore!!! beware everyone.

telling me my personal & confidential information has been lifted off of a legal document & that i need to call them, foreign accent claiming to work for US credit bearue.

yup this guy called me todayhe had a foreign accent saying that his name was Andrew Wilson from the credit bureau and that there was a case being filed against me and he even gave me a fake case number. Please if he calls you just hang up or if you want just to see what he says go on with the conversation but pleasse dont give him none of your bankor credit card info. They just want to scam people out of their hard earned money.
