I'm in the middle of an identity theft crisis, so I'm picking up calls from unknown numbers, esp MD----many credit cards are based there.  It stopped ringing on the second ring, no answer on calling back.  It's part of this identity theft ring that is applying for cards in my name as fast as they can.  Very shady, but can't figure out what/who that caller might actually be.
