The number came up as "Local Call".  There was no one on the line when I answered.  

Caller ID displayed Local Call.  Two calls received today and nobody was on the line for either call.

It is a company asking for you to participate in a survey regarding current events. The caller I.D. said Clinton, MD, and I forgot to get the name of the company. If you call their number there is an immediate option to delete your number from their call list. It took about 3 seconds to delete my number. I don't mind participating in survey's now and then, I just can't stand it when they call several times a day - which this one did. Hope this helps.
