On Natn do not call registry, it was the Pro-life campaign trying to save unborn babies

Since this was most likely a fund raising call, they are exempt from screening numbers against the DNC list before calling. If the call was a prerecorded message not introduced by a live operator and you have not given them explicit permission to call, you can report them on the DNC website and to the FCC as an illegal robo call.  If a live agent came on, the call is legal but they are required to maintain an internal DNC list and place numbers on it when asked to do so.
