This guy said it was calling from the company name of Dytel. He said his name was Phillip Kennedy and that he was calling to get donations for the local police. He was VERY rude and would not accept my response as I am not interested and take me off the list. He tried to make me feel bad for not donating to the police because they do a lot for us etc. He told me that he was the boss but in the same conversation he told me that something that I mentioned was above his pay grade. He would give me a phone number to call back and speak with someone at his company. This is NOT how to get someone to donate.
