Not even close.  Debt Scammer doing the old fake IRS trick.  Ignore and block.  Do NOT talk to them, or call them back.  These are crooks and they will threaten and harass you.  You are not about to be arrested, you are not going to jail.  There is NO debt to the IRS.  The IRS does NOT call you.  Go to the IRS web site, and you can read this for yourself.  Be Smart, Be Safe!
