Received a call from this number wanting to help me get my credit card rates down. When asked for something in writing she could not provide anything.  She had the last 4 digits of my Social and started asking questions about my credit cards. When I started to ask questions and hand the phone to my wife who handles the bills she hung up.
The telephone number is not working, but when *69 was used it gave me the above number as the source of the call. I believe this to be some sort of scam.
