Yea, these people keep calling me asking for Mr. John Maloni, whom I've NEVER heard of in my life... pretty annoying.

They call almost daily asking for Robert Hernandex. I do not know this person. I have heard of the last name Hernandez but do not know any either. Stupid lawyers.

Debt Collection agency that keeps trying to threaten legal action - and very rudely - for debts that are past the statute of limitations.  When this is explained to them, they try to argue, possibly to force some sort of action on your account which will bring it back into play.  Don't give them any information if your debt is past the statute of limitations.  What they are doing is illegal and needs to be reported to your local agencies.

Thanks for letting me know who these guys are. They call me all the time, but I never answer. I've developed a policy of not answering #s with no caller ID. Our phone rings 5 or six times every morning and they're all junk calls. It's unbelievebale how many we are getting now. They even try to call my fax #.

Thanks. They have just started calling my house out of nowhere. I haven't answered because I didn't recognize the phone number. Glad I didn't, reported it to the do not call list since I have been on it for a long time.
