Allegedly a firm called Waterman that processes sealed documents and complaints. Stating I owe a payday loan from Advance America back in 2010. I was transferred to the "Lead Attorney / owner" of the firm "Marck Payson" . They tried to get me to pay over the phone without showing me any proof. They ensured me that once I paid then I would receive documents in the mail. Which I thought was crazy. I refuse to give payment without proof and he tried to use scare tactics with me having a judgement, court and being served and any settlement would be out of his hands if I choose to get serve. I ask him for his name, call back number and the name of the firm which I stated above. I google the number that came up on my caller id 240-230-6630 and the 877 number that was given to me. There was one report from the 877# and I have a feeling that they change their numbers often. I also called the advance america pay day loan store and they clearly told me that they were scammers and not to pay them anything.
