I called the number back and got a recording that said to press 1 to have my number added to the Do Not Call List.   So I did!

Phone number 240-224-3147 with a caller ID (marketing) left no message.  A google search of the number shows it originates in Gaithersburg, MD.  It is rated at 3/4 chance of being spam.  I think it is closer to 100% spam.
