I suspect the scammers are spoofing this number as well as 207-384-5987.
As soon as I disconnected my phone from a call coming in from the 207 number, this number called back immediately.

have had this number call forboth warranty on my car as well as dish satellite. when i wait to get connected to ask them to stop calling (they call A LOT!) they hang up on you
