caller id says CHOICE USA.  no message left.

I receive 5 or 6 calls every morning from (240) 210-7106 with Caller ID "Choice USA". They stay on the line for about 10 seconds without a sound and then hang up. If my line is answered by my FAX they hang up right away.

Keep getting calls from them on my cell phone.  Don't answer and no message is ever left.

This is a Telemarketer.  from EDUCATION NETWORK or some variation of this name, about continuing Education.   I have been getting calls non-stop from this company.  This company is either hacking into JOB/CAREER Web Sites or the web site is selling your info as LEADS to this company, after requesting your info to not be used for solicitations and that I explicitely indicated I wanted no info on continuing my education.  They use many numbers.  All of the numbers calling me so far from this company are cell phones.  Cannot call the #'s back.  I have reported one of the phone#'s already to the FTC.  Most of these callers are Arrogant and Argumentative.  I have told them to PUT ME ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST, and then was told by one of them, "But, I Believe You Are Interested", and then still would not listen to me.  Would not give me the chance to speak to a supervisor.  Well, all I can say is that it is illegal for them to be calling me, I did not give them my info and I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  If I can't find a job, maybe I can start making money off of these people calling me constantly!!!  LOL

Today 5/11/12 just got to calls,did not answer and no message left. Thanks to all who wrote in about this number.
