they called me today. i called the number back it is american diabeties association i pressed 1 to get off the phone list...

american diabetes association. called back,  pressed "!"after prompt to have my number removed.

the same number has been calling me for a week, the last time was 8:15 on a Friday night.  I see the number on caller ID, says: Maryland. I don't pickup anybody I don't know. If they really want to talk to me, then leave a message. I might get back to them some time in 2015.

Best advise...join the FCC Do Not Call list. It will stop most calls. If they call again go back to Do No Call web site and report it. Report it each time they call. If enough people call then the FCC will check it out. Also report it to your state Attorney General or Consumer Protection Dept. If it's an insurance scam, report it to your state insurance commissioner/department. Bitching here does not good. Y'all have a good night, y'hear?

It doesn't help to put your number on a do not call registry.  They will call anyway.  If they answer, they always say we are exempt from the registry.  Get a life and leave people alone.  I don't have money to save the world. Find somebody that does.  Call Donald Trump and see if you can talk your way into his pockets.
