Called number back. "This # is no longer in service" after it rang 10+ times.

Woman asked for my husband by first name - said he wasn't home and who is calling and she promptly hung up. Caller ID is Damascus, MD. Called number back - recording saying this number no longer in service. We are also on the DNC list.
