I have no idea who this is that calls my home. Caller ID says Damascus, MD. They never leave a message.

This person called and did not leave a message. I didn't answer since I thought it was a telemarketer and I don't have patience for that kind of harassment.

Number called on 4/10/14, left no message. Caller ID came up as V409162051001211. Not sure what all the V numbers are but they occur on some of the robo calls.

The V number is a string put in by the robo V-Dialer. It tells you the call was placed on the 4th month, 9th day (409) at 16:25:51 or 4:25 pm and 51 seconds and you were call 1211 in the current sequence of calls. Not much use except possibly in discovery during a lawsuit against the caller.
