My wife just got a call from them also, this is a violation of our rights and will eventually end up in a lawsuit, just like all the other ones did in the past

Same as first registrant (IRS?). This is a known scam from somewhere overseas who has HACKED the telephone system and using unregistered numbers, sometimes uses registered numbers of deceased individuals that have not been turned off or have hacked a phone number and using it to "forward" a call received through the internet.
