Same as above - robot message about lowering rates to 6.9% with option 1- to connect to representative or Option 2- to stop future calls. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED. It's bad enough they invade and bombard our emails, snail mail & home phone lines and now our cell phones. Something has to be done to stop this invasion.

Caller ID stated: (240) 204-9191Bethesda, MD 1:25 PM 05/08/17. I called back and got a fast busy - some boiler computer churning our phone numbers. I block all numbers I don't recognize. Who in his or her right mind would speak to or give business to someone who calls you over the phone and asks for private information or better yet, doesn’t know your name? Push our President to shut these scammers down. He wants to create new jobs. He can hire federal agents to hunt them down, put them in jail and then torture them with ringing phones and fast busy signals for the rest of their paltry lives.
