Got a call from this number, pretending to be from the IRS. It is a scam!!

I too just got a call from this number posing as the IRS and the woman posing as a IRS rep left me a voicemail stating that if I don't return the call I they will issue a warrant for my arrest and contact my local police. Also said to prevent being arrested I must call them back. I knew it was a scam when the number showed up on my phone and declined it and sure enough she left this stupid message. I just added to my scam list of numbers and blocked it.

A guy with Irish accent pretending to be IRS. I preemptively said "and I guess all this problem can be solved by paying on the phone" . So That was it, he said I was going to be arrested today and hang up.
