Caller w Indian accent gave name as Eric Rosen. Said I was wanted for tax evasion and that police were coming to arrest me.

I just got a voicemail from a caller claiming to be Tara Wilson from the Federal Investigation Dept to call back immediately because there is a "legal case and file against me with a warrant out for my arrest. If I don't call back they will have to proceed against me in legal ways and get me arrested."
