This happened couple of weeks ago- showed this number every day on caller id- i answered next time- guy said he was with a Readers Service- asked me to validate some info he had- my address - which was correct- then he asked if i was getting the magazines and did i know there was an unpaid balance- bottomline after conversation with a supervisor- they were fishing- someone with same name had some sort of auto renewal magazines subscript and must have not paid his bill- they said they'd remove my info and have not heard from them since
