The caller was very professional. I was told I owed some money..I didn't believe it..so I checked with my bank and come to find out I did. The representative gave me a settlement offer and helped me set up a payment plan. I just paid my last payment and have a paid in full letter. I'm glad I got this resolved!

Do tell?

Help us believe that this really happened. Tell us the name and business address of the so far unnamed firm.

So why wouldn't you deal with "the bank"  that you owed instead of an unknown caller?
As Judge Judy would say, "if it doesn't make sense, it's a lie".

Hi Drea,
Since you work for them, why don't you post your employers name, and legally verifiable address?

Thank so very much for this informative post. You have convinced me that I should not trust calls from this operation.
